An airflow separator (also known as a pneumatic gravity separator) is a device that achieves separation based on differences in the specific gravity, particle size, and shape of materials. It utilizes the combined forces of airflow buoyancy and gravity to separate a wide range of materials, including metals and non-metals, as well as powdery, granular, and mixed substances.
Application Raw Material
Air separator is suitable for all kinds of metal and nonmetal separation, powder materials, granular materials and mixed materials, which are separated and sorted according to different material, gravity, particle size or shape. It is widely used in mineral separation, medicine, chemical industry, scrap electronic metal and rare metal recycling and other industries.Its core application scenarios encompass the following areas.

Working Principle
The air flow gravity separator enables the materials entering the machine to pass through the suction and buoyancy of the air, which has different suction and buoyancy for different specific gravity and different granular materials, and has effect on the gravity and other materials. The air separator separates the materials with different specific gravity and different particle size and shape of the same materials. The materials with small specific gravity, small particle size or large wind area are absorbed by the wind and discharged outside the machine after being collected by the collector and dust collector. The materials with smaller wind force than the heavy materials and the same materials are discharged from the other end of the machine.
Product Features
1. The vertical classification turbine operates at a low rotational speed, is resistant to wear, and requires a low system power configuration. It offers high separation efficiency and can run continuously for 24 hours.
2. The equipment is designed to operate under negative pressure, with dust emissions ≤ 40 mg/m³. Noise levels are reduced to ≤ 75 dB(A) after sound-dampening treatment, preventing environmental pollution.
3. It features electronic variable-frequency stepless speed regulation, enabling simultaneous production of products with multiple particle size ranges and adapting to various materials.
4. The equipment is compact, integrating separation and collection functions. It is easy to install and maintain. Some models are equipped with pulse dust removal devices for no dust overflow.
