E-waste recycling plant is used to recycle various PCB circuit boards, such as computer boards, mobile phone boards, TV boards, home appliance circuit boards, etc. The whole production line consists of two parts: 1. PCB Dismantling Machine, you can get complete electronic components, tin, motherboard, 2, Bare Board Recycling Line, you can get mixed metal powder and non-metallic powder. Of course, precious metal powder can also be extracted again through precious metal refinery to get gold, silver, palladium, platinum, copper, iron, etc., and the separation purity can reach 99%

E-Waste Recycling Plant Workflow
Circuit Board Recycling Line system consists of two parts: disassembly line, bare board recycling line, and precious metal extraction line.
1. PCB Dismantling Machine
Application: It’s used to disassemble electronic components from waste circuit boards. It is suitable for various waste circuit boards such as waste computer boards, mobile phone boards, and household appliance circuit boards.
Workflow: used to remove electronic components on different PCB boards. By heating, the tin on the PCB is melted, and then the motherboard and the electronic components are separated. They are completely separated from each other by rolling friction. In this process, the waste gas is first absorbed by activated carbon to treat formaldehyde, and then sprayed with water to precipitate the waste gas. Finally, we use a filter to treat the exhaust. Three-level treatment, no pollution to the environment.
2. Bare Board Crushing and Separating line
Description: It consists of a shredding system, a milling system, a sorting system and a dust removal system. The whole process is controlled by PLC. Through chopping, grinding, vibrating screening, gravity separation, electrostatic separation and pulse dust collection, the precious parts after dismantling can also be recycled and refined.
Workflow: The first crusher adopts double-shaft shredding, the second crusher adopts hammer crusher, and the third crusher adopts high-speed turbine crusher. The material is pulverized into powder through three-stage pulverization, and then sorted by air separation equipment and electrostatic separation equipment. The recovery rate of copper in waste circuit boards is over 98% through separation and sorting equipment.
Using to refine the precious metals (such as gold,silver,palladium,platinum,) from the kinds of e-waste.
Raw materials: are various chips containing precious metals and anode mud, the chips mainly include MLCC, North-South Bridge,Memory Chip, Chip Capacitor, etc.
Final products: Precious Metal Refining machine is used for recovery refining precious metals such as gold, silver, palladium and platinum from electronic waste containing precious metal chip components and anode mud.
The final product of palladium is in powder form, and the shape of other products can be changed according to the mold
Gold Stripping Process
1.Dispensing the gold stripping solution.
2.Put the surface plated materials into liquid, then the surface gold dissolved in the gold stripping solutions, no other metal like lead, nickel, iron, or any other metal be dissolved in the solution. (our patent product)
3.Filtering to remove the impurity
4.Reduction: Add the reduction powder to the solutions, the gold will be extracted and turn into black powder, Get the black powder settle down, then finally we get the crude gold powder.The gold purity can reach 99.99%
