Working Principle

The equipment operation process is simple and efficient. Combined with intelligent design and patented technologies, it further optimizes the dismantling experience and recycling efficiency.

1.Loading and Fixing

Place the waste solar panel on the equipment workbench. It is then conveyed by metal chains and fixed on the work platform using a positioning system and a hydraulic system.

2.Automatic Frame Removal

After starting the equipment, the hydraulic system or peeling device sequentially removes the front, back, left, and right sides of the aluminum frame. The entire process can be completed with just one button press, without manual assistance.

3.Unloading and Sorting

After dismantling, the frame and the main materials are automatically separated and enter the subsequent sorting and collection stage.
