Aluminum-plastic blister packaging, as a common packaging material, is widely used due to its excellent barrier properties and individual packaging characteristics. However, since blister packaging is composed of complex materials such as polymers and aluminum, containing both aluminum and plastic, can it truly be recycled?

The recycling of aluminum-plastic blister packaging materials mainly involves separating the internal aluminum and plastic to obtain pure aluminum powder and plastic. Aluminum is a non-renewable resource with high recycling value; while plastic can be granulated to obtain recycled plastic granules, thus achieving complete recycling.

Therefore, the recycling of aluminum-plastic blister packaging requires the use of a specialized aluminum-plastic separation and recycling machine. The aluminum-plastic separation and recycling equipment consists of a crusher, a feeding conveyor, a water-cooled mill, a high-voltage electrostatic separator, and a dust removal device.
