With the continuous development of the automotive industry, the number of waste tires is increasing year by year. So how should these waste tires be disposed of? With the rapid development of technology, disposing of waste tires is no longer a problem. Processed waste tires can be transformed into widely used rubber powder, which not only brings economic benefits but also solves the environmental problems caused by waste tires.

How are waste tires turned into rubber powder? Actually, waste tires need to go through multiple processes before being fed into a multi-functional rubber mill for processing. This process uses the principle of grinding + multi-stage grinding and screening, and is equipped with a conveyor, degumming machine, and water cooling system. First, a tire cutter and extruder cut the steel wires inside the tire into blocks, then a crusher pulverizes them into particles of about 10-15 mm, and finally a conveyor feeds them into the rubber mill. The powder falls into a vibrating screen, and after screening, some of the semi-finished product is sent back to the multi-functional rubber mill for recycling, ultimately obtaining the finished rubber powder.

The recycling of waste tires requires a complete process and equipment. Close coordination between the various pieces of equipment is essential to produce qualified, high-quality rubber powder or granules, thus enabling the recycling and reuse of waste tires. Henan Renewable Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to manufacturing solid waste recycling equipment for many years.
