Waste motors contain a large amount of high-value materials, such as copper, aluminum, and silicon steel sheets, but their complex structure makes them difficult to disassemble. Traditional manual processing is inefficient and wasteful, and can no longer meet the needs of modern recycling. To solve this problem, our factory has developed a waste motor crushing, sorting, and recycling production line. Through automated modular equipment combinations, efficient and environmentally friendly motor resource recycling has been achieved.

Waste Motor Crushing, Sorting, and Recycling Plant
The entire production line mainly consists of a pre-crusher, hammer crusher, magnetic separator, eddy current separator, air separator, and dust removal system. First, the waste motor is fed into the pre-crusher for preliminary crushing and shell stripping, a process that can be completed manually or mechanically. Then, the motor enters the main crushing system, where the rotor, stator, core, and other components are thoroughly crushed into fine particles through high-intensity hammering and shearing.
The crushed mixture then enters a multi-stage sorting process. First, a high-intensity magnetic separator separates the motor shell and stator core, among other ferrous materials. Then, an eddy current separator is used to efficiently separate aluminum and non-metallic impurities. Next, based on specific gravity, copper, plastics, and lightweight debris are further separated using an air separator. Finally, high-purity copper particles, aluminum particles, and other recyclable materials are obtained.
This waste motor crushing, sorting, and recycling Plant is widely used in waste appliance dismantling plants, resource recycling companies, and non-ferrous metal recycling companies. It not only solves the problem of recycling waste motors and achieves efficient recovery of metals such as copper, aluminum, and iron, but also brings considerable economic benefits and environmental protection value to enterprises.
