A Waste Refining and Gold Recycling Plant separates and refines precious metals from electronic waste containing precious metal chip components and anode slime, achieving a purity of up to 99.99%.

Raw Materials: The raw materials consist of various chips containing precious metals and anode slime, mainly including MLCCs, North-South Bridge chips, memory chips, chip capacitors, etc.
Final Products: Gold, silver, palladium, platinum, copper, and other precious metals.

Main Components: Reactor, vacuum storage tank, transfer pump, vacuum pump, spray tower, filtration system, connecting pipes, control cabinet, induction fan

Extracting Precious Metals from Electronic Waste

The entire recycling system integrates crushing, sorting, and purification. First, crushers and pulverizers are used to break down circuit boards, motherboards, and other materials. Then, magnetic separation, airflow separation, and electrostatic separation technologies are employed to completely separate metals from non-metals. Subsequently, the equipment employs chemical leaching and electrolytic purification processes to achieve precise recovery and purification of precious metals. The entire process utilizes a closed dust removal system and exhaust gas purification device to ensure no secondary pollution and compliance with environmental standards.
