Furthermore, using liquid pharmaceuticals for separation is not environmentally friendly. This equipment uses a specialized crusher to crush aluminum-plastic composite materials to a particle size of less than 1.5mm. Due to the significant difference in softening rates between aluminum and plastic, these mixed particles are ideally suited for separation using a high-voltage electrostatic separator. With the addition of a dust removal device, dust-free separation can be achieved, resulting in high-purity products.
